A Different Good Friday

"Not my will, but yours be done!
Father, forgive them for they know not what they are doing.
It is finished!"

A very different Good Friday experience from the Garden of Gethsemane, to the Passover and Communion, to the Cross and to the Great Commission, reminding us the torture, the humiliation and the spectacle of the cross. He could have chosen to call down angels or exercise His divine powers, BUT HE DID NOT!
Lord, thank you for doing what You need to do.
Lord, thank you for suffering what You have to suffer.
Lord, thank you for loving what You chose to love.

I am blessed and honored to know You!
