Though they have just enough to live on, some even have to struggle to find life means, yet their hearts are content in the Lord. Not much complaints, faithfully serving their God & people. All these years, this has not been changed & that is what i always salute them for :)
We may have enough, but yet not happy.
We may be happy, but yet not enough.
Which is better?
I will surely choose the first one because in the end God will supply the needs since He feeds the birds of the air & takes care the lilies of the field. That's what the beauty of trusting God in the midst of life struggles. This song "Believe" says it well:
We believe in You
We believe in the power of Your Word that is true
We believe in You
So we lay down our cause
That our cross might be found in You
"Yes Lord I believe in You that You will supply all the needs according to the riches in glory in Christ Jesus. Watch over these faithful people of yours that in contentment, there is godliness. They will trust in their God & be happy, though they have just enough."
