Blessed

I am blessed today :)

On Sunday, during the "Love Your Neighbour" distribution to the community, one cell group reported of praying for this elderly lady, who was touched by our act of blessing. She kept saying that we are very nice. In the past, when we talked to her, she wasn't too friendly (probably more of cautious towards us lah). But the last 2 visits have shown her that we are genuine in blessing the homes. She allowed the cell group to pray for her, which was a breakthrough & a thrilling moment. Praise God for His favour!

Then today, together with auntie doris, we went to her home again trying to establish further contact with her. She was so happy to see us, telling us that she is touched by Christian love compared to her belief. Though she declined to be prayed (guess the main reason is guilt), she welcomes us to visit her again. What a day. I am truly blessed because i know the door is opened & such opportunity cannot be wasted to touch a life.

I am indeed blessed :)

Also blessed as i met up with a young sister, whom i have not spoken to for awhile. It was good to catch up & talk about stuff.

I guess this is what ministry is all about - TOUCHING A LIFE.
I don't want to be a minister that is stuck at the desk, but i want to be one that is touching a life constantly. Jesus went to the crowd & i want to be like that!
