Haha..quite awhile didn't get them liao & finally they "reported".
Maybe think it positively: I AM STILL YOUNG..hoohoo :)
Today is a tiring day :)
8am reached church to lead songs at Eng Svc 1
10am settled administrative stuff
1030am attended Eng Svc 2
1230am coordinated a wedding meeting
2-430pm spent time with my 2 godsons (playing with them can be tiring)
5-7pm played badminton till arm aching
730-930pm counselled someone
10-1230pm read materials for the paper
Wanted to burn midnight oil, but cmi liao..spirit willing flesh weak!
I will pia again tomorrow :D

What A Week :)
Yoz MIA blogging for the last few days but well.. 人在江湖，身不由己.
When you have to rush for assignment & do as much readings as possible, you simply have no choice, no mood, no time & no energy to blog though there are things to share.
Finally, i can get to sit down & pen something..
What a week! Esp when you discovered you have to change the topic of the paper that you have been reading & writing for the last 2 weeks. Though the changed topic is easier, yet still feel sian after "wasting" those times of readings. But take it positive lah..at least i learn more about predestination & freewill, which is quite cool & i don't mind those nights of readings.
In the midst of busyness, i thank God for the availability & passion to do ministry cum visitation.
I guess that is what fulfillment is all about when you see how people are strengthened & encouraged by the Word cum prayers.
Somehow when attention & care are given, nothing else really matters.
That goes the same for my Lord.
Somehow when sins are redeemed by the blood of the Lamb, nothing else really matters.
Praise God for reminding me of His redemptive power that whatever i do, it's not the form, but the power! Apart from Him, we can do nothing :)

Changi Airport
Changi airport is a nice place for the kids to have fun. Not only the space is big enough for them to run, but they can also do drawings, see planes, fun at the playground & eat at popeye. Oh how can i forget their love to sit on the sky train!!
After going to quite a few places, I really take pride in our No 1 airport.
Well done :)

Long Rest
Long long rest..
After 3 days of visitation & relaxation, finally i settled down to do my paper but guess what..I HAVE NO MOOD TO DO!! Haha..discipline, discipline, discipline. I NEED DISCIPLINE. I have the next 2 days to do it, so i better accomplish something or even finish half of it. I am sure i can do it :)
I miss my 2 little nieces. Because their grandpa passed away, so according to chinese customs, they cannot visit and 拜年. The white & the red cannot clash together. Must wait for 49 days before they can visit us.
My parents really missed their presence that they called the 2 little angels everyday.
My nieces also kept asking when they could come over. Poor girls!
Still got 4 outstanding DVDs to watch but cannot lah. Have to do it when i am done with the paper. Ok i better start doing it since the inspiration is here :D

Wow..this year CNY is indeed fulfilling.
Not just i had a good time with the relatives, but also spent happy moments with my godchildren. Haha..having so much fun that i didn't touch my paper at all. Bo chap lah..enjoy first suffer later :)

With the busy schedule & different commitments, it is rather hard to meet up. What's more about taking pictures? Truly rare moments together under one roof during CNY. Come to think of it, CNY meets the purposes of reunioning everyone to catch up with each other's progress.

今天是初一!
Before 去拜年, headed to church service first. My mum said i am siao on, but we should honour God first before doing other stuff for the day. Haha..it's a matter of choice.
Wow..we were in the pool of reds in the service & many wore the family of red..haha like red packets walking around but nice nice.

Trembled
I trembled on stage :)
It has been awhile since i last felt that way..the strong presence of the Lord that caused me to tremble during the worship leading at tpm. Many times, the least expected in man's mindset, the least prepared in man's effort, God moved~

Class Blogging
How cool is that!!
Haha..i am blogging during class, under the nose of the lecturer.
Haha..very bad hor? But no choice. Either i "sleep" or "work", so obviously second choice better.
Can you imagine how blur i am?
I am supposed to send my car into the workshop for the brake servicing. At the back of my mind, i kept thinking that the workshop is located along the road towards airbase. Happily i turned & to my horror, IT WAS NOT. WHERE AM I NOW? Haha..just got myself lost in some ulu factories.
Bo bian, called the workshop owner & he laughed saying that i am super blur esp i have been there before. After he described the location, i orh...because i realised how "off" at where i am.
Really no sense of direction, but then i learnt a lesson here. DON'T GEI KIANG!
Yesterday slept at 230am..not doing paper but actually watching show.
No more leisure elaine. Better discipline yourself & do your paper.
Come to think of it, don't blog during lesson, listening is better :)

3 Ladies and 1 Boy
That's right!!
3 ladies & 1 boy drove in to JB at the early afternoon.
Interestingly, we were not sure how to get to Holiday Inn Plaza.
Once we crossed the immigration, we made the wrong turn. Haha..we were praying real hard that we could get back to that familiar road. Thank God we found it!!
Then once on that road, we made another wrong turn. Haha..really cmi.
Then made another big loop again but well..the blind leads the blind.
Haha..consider we were unsure of the road yet we got there safely.
Praise God for protection :D
Not bad lah..we pedicured..shopped..ate..washed car..ate again :)
Most of all, thank God for the smooth crossing..
Auntie doris very cute, keep telling me go this lane, go that lane, lesser cars..
Haha..also helped to take care of gab while we were perdicuring.
Haha..i am coming in again within 2 weeks' time :)

My godma brought me to vivo city water parade today, but forgot to bring extra pant & shirt, so I have to pull my pants high high & fold it.
Godma laughed at me & called me the dudu boy.
Haha..i just simply don't care & enjoy myself playing water with the flower girl :D"

Accomplishments
Wow..Beyonce won 6 & Taylor Swift 4 awards at the recent Grammy.
What an accomplishment esp for the latter, who is only in her early 20s.
Never underestimate one who is young :)
Never underestimate the potential within :)
You may be a chilli padi, small but spicy that can "consume & burn" your whole being.
Even scriptures tell us not to let anyone look down on us just because we are young.
As long as we have the confidence & wisdom that are drawn from God, we can likewise attain the explosive accomplishments.
Accomplishments are not limited by our age, but

Settled
Finally!!
I have settled the topic & title for my research paper.
Initially wanted to do on the "Problem of Evil" but think think hor, quite a tough one. So took the advice from dan to do on the "Problem of Salvation", at least now i can go full swing liao after ding-dong here & there :)
I think this CNY is my pia-ing time for the paper as will be leaving for Philippines in March & then still need to study for my final exams. Haha..at least get this settled first then i can prepare teaching materials.
Wah..come to think of it, quite a couple of teaching stuff to prepare:

Talk
Nice talk with a few people today :)
Esp with people that you hardly can find chance to sit down & talk.
Also felt much better & "released" after voicing out the heart's concern at the meeting. Not sure if it is heard, but certain things are better said than left unsaid. I used to hold back & cared about what others think, but when need to speak, i would speak objectively.
Talk it out. Don't bury your feelings deep inside you.

Coldness
How come when things happen, friends become cold to each other?
While having lunch with someone, we met someone & greeted the person.
It turned out to be a cold return of greeting, not even a smile on the face.
At the back of my mind, i was thinking "even things do happen that may not turn out nicely, why can't we let go, forgive & move on?"
Erm..ironically we are not even the cause & yet such cold response.
Haiz..seriously when unhappy or hurtful things happen, it is wiser to let them go as the consequence of bitterness can be destructive.
I am not sure if this person is happy inside, but i pray that God will help to unpluck the bitterness deep within. "A merry heart does good like a medicine!"
